I attended Barney Space Adventures on Saturday with Daphne. =D I thought it was nice of her to have paid to come with me even though she didn't like Barney (just that her niece watches it), but then again, she was moaning about how embarrassing it was when we were at Singapore Expo. =.= But a day after the show, she said she kinda wanted to watch it all over again. Super contradicting! LOL.

As usual, I brought my big Barney soft toy along. Yes, I like to make the kids jealous, so what?! *sniggers* Just kiddin'. I had to bring it to show my love! I know a lot of people think I'm freakin' weird when they find out I like Barney. In secondary school, this girl even said I was "fucking childish" when she heard about it. But I really, really don't care. So what if I love Barney? If I cared about what they thought, I wouldn't even be blogging about the fact that I went. Ha. I think Barney is super cute. He's purple, and he's so chubby and round. PLUS, he giggles and dances! A great, big, giggling purple mass of a dancing dinosaur! I LOVE IT! LOL! I like to promote him and repeat what I always tell people when they ask, hehe. Barney's always so positive and happy, and he teaches kids about using their imagination, about love and good manners and all that, which I think is great. Because kids these days are fucking rude. Learn from Barney!!! Geez.

I didn't really take notice of how long the duration of the show was, but this particular show was space-themed so there weren't a great deal of songs I knew. It's okay though, it's easy to catch on. ;) I also know that the people in the dino suits differ from show to show, and the person inside Baby Bop is actually a guy. The voices are pre-recorded; only the human actors sing 'live'. The people inside the suits of Baby Bop and Riff must be friggin' tiny in order to fit! =S I get it though, because it's impossible to sing in a dino suit! You'd be panting and your voice would prolly be muffled. I'm old enough to get it, but I think kids will cry if out pops a man from Baby Bop's body!!

After the show ended, Daphne and I went to the next few halls for the John Little sale as well as the Popular sale. I got Thirsty Hippo for my wardrobe and Yanyan strawberry sticks for myself. X) Bought books at the Popular sale too. It was 50% off! I had to! Dinner was at the mall - yummy beef noodles. Bought a rawhide for Cookie at the pet shop as well, and stocked up on Gucci's canned food. I came home with a lot of stuff, but I was happy. ^_^

Now I'm off to read one of the books I bought at the sale, and hug Barney! Remember, it's great to be crazy! =P <3
