Who's playing Halloween?!
The only celebration I did for Halloween was going to Play. I didn't dress up because as usual, I was lazy. It's a waste of money, which I don't even have. LOL. I went with Daziree and met up with a few others there. Stood at the door to let the bouncer check my bag, and when he was done, I wanted to walk off into the club but back-pedaled because there was a female ghost in my way, standing so still and staring at me, and she looked pretty darn scary! I was thinking to myself if that was Rebecca, but at the same time it didn't look like her. But then again, it kinda did... HAHAHA. Daziree was insisting it wasn't, but when said female ghost came up to me, gave me a poke and asked, "How are you?", I knew I was right. LOL. With Candice, Becs and Daz:

I gotta say that is some awesome makeup! Ha. With Candice and Adlina:

Candice went on stage to play some games! She didn't win but I thought she should have! The ghost bride won instead. =S:

This is so scary!!! Like a scene out of Old Changi Hospital!!:

The people at PLAY created a makeshift haunted house through the back part of the club. Me and Daziree went in. Blindfolded. I was grabbing on to Daziree so tightly 'cos I couldn't see anything but had to let go of her in the end 'cos we were supposed to go in one by one! It was quite silly, those cheap scares. So you have people grabbing your ankles or spraying water into your ears, loud horns, some sort of squishy unidentified objects hanging around and "ghosts" howling. HAHAHAHAHA. Sometimes I was made to crawl on the floor! The whole journey felt 10 times longer than when I was NOT blindfolded. Was so glad to be out of there!
Party pictures!:

With Elisa and Daz:

HAHAHA, WTF!:

With Ching Ling, Jessica, Gladys and Daziree!:

Rebecca goes Harajuku! LOL!:

Irene and Daz!:

With Misha! My Grid Girls talent showcase party's instructor!:

HELLO? Where do you guys think you're going, huhhhh?!:

Ahem. Gone by the last picture!:

I was sooo drunk at the end of the whole thing, it was a wonder how I managed to get home on my own. It was a fun, fun night though! Last but not least, my top is from ClubCouture! Check it!: http://sg.clubcouture.cc/

A dog's life is a beach
Can't remember when was the last time I brought Gucci to the beach but ever since Cookie came, I've had to divide my time between the 2 and it's not just all Gucci anymore. And one is very young, the other is very old - they both need an equal amount of attention, which is quite a lot. If I were Gucci, of course I'd feel sad. So I decided to give him a little treat by bringing him to the beach in his dog pram earlier today! My sister came along. I don't know if it's the dog's day out that put a spring in his little paws or if he just loves the beach, but he looked so happy and it in turn made me happy to see him happy. =) Off we went in a cab!:

The cab stopped in front of these - please give these pretty things a name; I don't know what they're called!:

At HK Cafe having a late lunch:

My sister and my baby boy:

He might be old but he's still got that spunk, this old man:

Spotted these while walking along the beach!:

What was that, an eagle?:

Eagles in Singapore? Hmm, I am ignorant. =P
We walked quite a far, far stretch, to be honest. Sometimes I'd put Gucci back in his pram but I think he wanted to walk more than he wanted to be in his pram. We covered the distance from McDonald's past East Coast Lagoon, past Jumbo Seafood all the way to the jetty. It was a long walk, I could feel it in my leg muscles! Me and Gucci:

We sat for awhile at the jetty where Gucci tried to befriend a 10-month-old Maltese named Baby. Baby wasn't very friendly, she was very diva-ish! The lady owner and I had a conversation that made me try hard not to laugh. Because Baby had such white fur, I told her so. Our conversation went like this:
Me: Your Maltese is very white.
Lady: But Maltese are supposed to be white.
Me: I know, but I mean some Maltese look brown and stained.
Lady: Maltese are white, unless they're mixed with sushi.
Me: *trying hard not to laugh*
Sushi? SUSHI????!?!?!?!?!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
............ She meant "SHIH TZU". LOLOLOLLLL. I didn't even try and correct her because I didn't trust myself not to burst out laughing. This is the new equation, yo:
We bid Baby and her owner goodbye and sat at the jetty till the sky turned dark, till Gucci got tired like that:

Sooo adorable, I tell you! I say he's adorable 'cos he seldom does that. And so we took a cab home. I had such a great time. Seeing Gucci so happy made me feel so good. I vow to do this more often! LOVE YOU, GUCCI BOY!!!! ♥♥♥♥♥

I met Neha, the skin-care consultant and she was really professional in hearing about my skin woes and giving solutions to them:

I wasn't the only one who had questions; Nadnut, Fay Hokulani and Cordelia were also there, amongst others!:

With Nadnut and Hazel:

Check out the number of Hollywood celebrities who swear by Mario Badescu!:

A few of my favourites! Heidi Klum!:

And Eva Longoria!:

Other celebrities include Ashley Judd, Paula Abdul, Cher, P. Diddy, Marisa Tomei, Faith Hill, Oprah, Michael Douglas, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Emmy Rossum, Wilmer Valderrama, Hilary Swank, Rachel Bilson, Alicia Keys, Adam Sandler, Marther Stewart, Liv Tyler, Alicia Silverstone, Mena Suvari, Michael Strahan, Gina Gershon, Courteney Cox, Kate Moss, Sheryl Crow and Harry Connick Jr. Yes, who says men can't do facials too? And that's not even the whole list!
A sneak peek into the abode of ONLYaesthetics:

I also had a 15-minute complimentary facial by ONLYaesthetics using Mario Badescu products:

The results? "Amazing" doesn't even begin to describe it. I walked in with scarring on my face and during the facial, it felt soooo good that I almost fell asleep. When I woke up and they handed me a mirror, to my astonishment I asked, "Where'd my scars go???" Apparently the exfoliation helped get rid of dead skin cells and lightened my scars. I was so surprised! And very, very much delighted. I felt so much lighter and actually stepped out of ONLYaesthetics without my sunglasses. LOL. Seriously!!!
This is your rare chance to experience Mario Badescu for yourself, and here is how:
